ODEI is dedicated to upholding Simmons’ commitment of providing a transformative and supportive learning environment. We continue to research and implement best practices of programs and services that support the retention and promotion of faculty, staff, and administrators of color.
ODEI and the Multicultural Center will offer workshops, professional development training, and prominent speakers in areas of DEI.
