Training Learning Outcomes

By the end of the training, participants will:

1. understand the different factors that influence funder’s decision making and be equipped to evaluate which funding opportunities might be suitable for their situation,

2. understand the key features and requirements of grant writing and assess how well their organization is equipped to engage in the process,

3. understand how to write up a project proposal in a professional, attractive and engaging way,

4. have produced the key components of a project grant proposal to be developed into a full proposal for a specific funder,

And, within six months of completing the training, teams will have submitted at least one funding proposal.
