No Sound Coming Out of Your Chromebook.
Make sure the sound on your Chromebook is not muted.
Click in the bottom right in the Options section.
2. Make sure that your Chromebook is not muted. Adjust the sound levels accordingly.
3. Verify that the volume on the web source (i.e. YouTube) is not muted and adjust volume accordingly.
If that doesn’t fix it:
Click in the Options section.
Select ‘Settings’.
a. If you can’t click on the gear there. Go to the circle in the bottom left corner. Click on the circle. Select ‘Settings’.
3. Choose ‘Device’ & choose ‘Audio’.
OR Type ‘speakers’ in the search window.
4. Make sure ‘Speaker (internal)’ is selected & the volume is adjusted accordingly.
