To resolves issues concerning external accessories such as microphones and speakers, please follow the instructions below, this includes Bluetooth devices.
Unplug all external accessories.
Close all tabs, apps and extensions.
Click in the Options section.
Click on the power button.
Choose ‘Sign out’
On the login screen, click the down arrow by your name and choose ‘Remove account’
Click ‘Remove account’ a second time
Click ‘Shut Down’ in the lower left corner
Click ‘Shut Down’ a second time
Wait 30 seconds until you try to log-in again
Try any external accessory again.
