What does the Safety sub team do? ->
Safety Subteam
Weekly trainings on safety procedures (controlling battery spills, hierarchy of controls, PPE, pinch points, safe lifting, etc.)
Keep safety top of mind through giveaways (scrunchies, safety glasses holders, rocket hats) and safety mascot, Rocket (with his own Instagram)
Enforce safety practices during build sessions
