Pit Band

The SHS Pit Band is a voluntary ensemble that provides the accompaniment for the SHS Theatre Department's annual musical and other drama productions. The ensemble plays the music that is supplied directly from the play write and publisher. Rehearsals are scheduled from 3:45-5:00pm and performances occur outside the school day. Students who have an interest in theatre, who would like to perform the same music that is performed in Broadway and off Broadway productions are encouraged to participate.
