Oceanic Microplastic Investigation and Oceanic Modern Poetry Writing
「塑誰惹的禍?」 海洋微塑膠踏查 X 海洋現代詩創作
The "Environmental Education" course guides students in gaining an in-depth understanding of the impact of microplastics on marine ecosystems and encourages them to take environmental action in response to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Students who took this course, co-organized the "Whose Plastic Fault?" initiative. They six students from Kaohsiung Municipal Nanzih Senior High School to Sizihwan for a hands-on microplastic field investigation. Using sieves, students collected microplastics and transformed them into creative collage artworks. Additionally, inspired by their firsthand experience, they composed modern ocean poetry reflecting on the impact of human activities.
