Fieldwork Risk Assessment

Once you are in the right folder, you need to download the risk assessment and read it. 

Once you have downloaded the Risk Assessment, you need to fully read it and then complete the confirmation quiz form: "Low-risk fieldwork confirmation"

Media Rooms Risk Assessment

Once you are in the right folder, you need to download the risk assessment and read it. 

Again, once you have downloaded the Risk Assessment, you need to fully read it and then complete the confirmation quiz form: "Media room risk assessment confirmation"

Once you have done this, you will be able to go out on Fieldwork. In order to access Media Store equipment, please go onto the next step, which is completing the Video Quiz.
