myPublications admins have enhanced access:
A Research Manager assists researchers with managing their items, such as adding new outputs, depositing into the repository, and refining their search settings. To perform these tasks, they can 'impersonate' any member of a group. Access can be granted at departmental, faculty or University level.
A Statistician can run reports that they are given access to. Note that by default all academic and professional services staff have reporting access for their home department.
An Impact Officer helps researchers to manage their impact activities. They can see and edit all the impact records for the departments which they are given access to.
An Assessment Administrator helps a REF Coordinator to manage their REF submission, including curating the selected outputs, adding scores, and maintaining the other information required.
To gain admin access please complete the form below.
Admins with Research Manager access can impersonate other users. While impersonating a user, you can do anything they can such as modify search settings, approve, or reject outputs, edit records, deposit items into the institutional repository, and create links between publications and grants.
Select the impersonate icon in the top menu bar. You will be presented with an alphabetical list of users that you can impersonate them. You can search or filter them by department and choose to include former staff.
