Wellbeing and Meditation Apps

You may find it useful to also use one or a variety of wellness apps that are available and easily accessible. Apps such as Headspace  and Happify can help create some breathing room and space for reflection. There are many more available.

These apps can be effective for dealing with stress and anxiety. However, if you feel you are developing more serious mental health problems, these apps should not be used as a substitute for the services the university provides. If you need to reach out, we are here to help.
