Parent/ Guardian Info

If Parent/ Guardian Information does not populate from Skyward or Harmony, follow the steps below to update the information. 

Adding Parent/Guardian Contacts

Search for a student using the "Quick Search" table or "Search" from the menu bar. Beside the student's name click their documents. This will then open the student's profile. From there, h over over "Student Information" and select "Student Contacts". Click "Add New Student Contact." Click the checkboxes for: 

•  Is Custodial 

• Lives With

• School Pickup 

• Is Emergency 

• Receives Mail 

Complete all of the required fields. By doing this the parent/guardian information will populate in the drop-down menu for the Notice of Case Conference, Cover Page, and IEP Process.
