PSSP does not have a separate notification of case conference for Service Plans. If a student is on a service plan, create a "Notice of Case Conference" as you would for an IEP.
To create the Notice, go to "Documents" and select "Notice of Case Conference". For Meeting Purpose, select "Annual Service Plan", "Revise Service Plan", or "Initial Service Plan". Other options are available like "Consider Service Plan".
Information from the IEP does not automatically transfer into the Service Plan, however you can copy information from the IEP document into the Service Plan. To do this, create your IEP in its entirety. On the "IEP Meeting Notes and Participants" page, select "Yes" to indicate that the Parent rejects the provision of FAPE and intends to unilaterally enroll the child in a nonpublic school. Finish the IEP and move the IEP into "Final" status. Go to, "Documents" and from the "Create New Document" drop-down menu select, "Service Plan". Open the Service Plan, hover over "More" and select "Copy Information from Previous Document".
Note: Not all information will copy from the created IEP into the Service Plan as some of the text fields are different, but it will allow you to copy the majority of information. For the remaining text fields that are missing information, in "Edit" mode select, "View Past Document" and open the IEP. Copy and paste information from the IEP into the Service Plan.
PSSP does not have a Notice of Initial Proposed Service Plan page embedded into the Service Plan or as a separate document. Click on the link below to create the Notice of Initial Proposed Serivce Plan to send home with the family.
