Statement Banks are customized for each section of the IEP
Save time by adding multiple custom statements to your personal bank.
Use Macros (computer-generated placeholders) to automatically insert:
Student names
Correct pronouns
Other commonly used variables
Open the Statement Bank: Click on the icon that looks like three lines with a blue arrow to open the Statement Bank window.
A new window will appear where you can:
Add custom statements
View public or personal statements
Organize statements into categories
Use macros to auto-fill variables like student names, pronouns, and other common fields
Available statements will automatically load. Use the "Owner" drop-down menu to select Public or Personal Statements. Use the "Category" drop-down menu to choose a category.
Click, "Edit Statements" to make changes to existing statements. Use the Up/Down Arrows to rearrange statements. Click the "X" to delete a statement, and use the plus icon or rectangle with an arrow to add a new one. When finished, click "Accept" and then "Save Statements".
To insert a statement, click on the desired statement. It will be crossed out when it has been inserted.
Note: The statement will be inserted wherever your cursor is placed in the open IEP document.
We currently have a statement bank available for SEL Standards. Ensure that from the "Owner" drop-down menu it states "Public" and then from the "Category" drop-down menu, select "SEL".
