The election will be done online at https://electionrunner.com/, same as last year. 

eVoting Process

• Election will be conducted using the online service https://electionrunner.com/. Votes will be registered electronically and anonymously. Nobody, including the Election Officer, will know how the members voted.

• Members who are eligible to vote will receive an email with a unique link. Members can click the link to open the ballot and submit their votes.

• Each member will be able to vote only once.

• The election will be open for 40 hours from midnight 12:01 AM October 21, 2023, until 4:00 PM Noon on October 22, 2023, when members can submit their votes. The system will automatically block voting outside this window. 

Ballot Emails

• Each voter will receive the ballot email from noreply@electionrunner.com around midnight on October 21, 2023, 12:01 AM, as soon as the election opens.

• The email will be coming from noreply@electionrunner.com. The email will have "from" as "SFBATM Election 2024<noreply@electionrunner.com>". Do not reply to this email. This email address is not monitored.

• If you did not receive the email, check the spam mail folder.
