 Appointment of Election Officer: September 8, 2023

 Call for Nomination: September 18, 2023

 Last day for receiving nominations: September 29, 2023

 Last day for membership to  be eligible to vote: July 22, 2023

 Nominees to contact Election Officer to withdraw nomination: October 14, 2023

 Withdraw nomination and file new nomination: The Election Officer may allow this at his/her own discretion: October 18, 2023, 12:01 AM.

 Start of Election: October 21, 2023, 12:01 AM Pacific Time

 End of Election: October 22, 2023, 4:00 PM Pacific Time

 Annual General Body Meeting: October 22, 2023, 5PM - 8PM
