Editing is a compeletely digital form of art. It helps me pass my sparetime and inspires an inner artist in me. Edits can be extremely time consuming; therefore, I rarely edit. However, some of the edits turned out to be incredible decorations for my website. Therefore, some edits aim to emphasize an enviromental stance. They make it easier for me to underline the topic. Especially, because they are a little hyperbole. Like the good old saying, "A picture is more worth, than a thousand words."
One of my favourite art styles are 'infintiy' picture, in my words pictures that seem to go into the endless abyss of the landscape. You can see a couple examples on this page. Enjoy!
The program, I use to edit these images is mostly Picsart. It's a very user-friendly program and if you have a little practice and imagination, you can create incredible pictures. On the contrary there is photoshop, it absolutely is a little more difficult. Still we have to keep in mind that photoshop is simply ingenious. The variety of options alone is truly unimaginable. The details you are geting into are on another level, than on picsart. Although this may be true and all, it does require much more time. I learned to use photoshop and diverse other adobe programs in Media Art. Most of it is documented in this portfolio; provided that you're interested check it out!
The Spiderwebs seen here are inspired by the art of Tomás Saraceno
A lovely visit in the night
Leatherface
I really love to go out in the evening, and set my gopro up, in order to shoot a night timelapse. Then the next morning, I open up Lightroom, Bridge and Photoshop and start creating a Star Trail picture. For me, it's an important skill, because I mostly figured out, how to do it by myself (with the help of Youtube). That is why, this is such a precious skill for me. As a rather new change up, I use affinity to edit the star trail picture.
Quite frankly, I want to learn, how to do more different art styles and, maybe, start with 'paper' art.
