Put on a favourite song and dance around the house for the entire duration of the song. Try to keep dancing vigorously the whole time :) Get that body moving!
Set up some relay race activities to do outside with your family. Have fun and be creative! Share some photos for the Gallery page of the website.
Create an aerobic workout routine to go with a favourite song. Brainstorm some exercise movements to use such as jumping jacks, running on the spot, kicks, punches, etc.
