Read over the two different labs available as options to you; the "reflex" lab or the "jump" lab.
Choose which of the two labs you would like to attempt with a partner.
Think about what measurements you will need to take (and the appropriate tools required) and prepare to follow the instructions for the lab.
Complete the lab to the best of your abilities.
