To experiment with building simple circuits, either in a simulation or using SnapCircuits, to discover some of their characteristics.
To understand the difference between parallel and series circuits.
To understand and create simple schematic diagrams for circuits.
Choose to either attempt the PhET version of the lesson (top link) or the "real-life" version (bottom link).
If doing the first one, open the PhET simulation (middle link) as well. If doing the last one, collect a SnapCircuit set, a voltmeter, and an ammeter from the supplies.
