Newton's second law is arguably the most important of the three, and is definitely the law that you see come up most in this unit. It allows us to actually quantify (put a number to) the amount of acceleration an object experiences under the influence of a net force .
To review and understand the name and implications of Newton's Second Law, also known as the law of mass and acceleration.
To learn how to use Newton's famous "F=ma" equation to determine the acceleration of an object experiencing a net force.

Complete the questions from the 2.2 problem set. The answer key is provided for you to check your answers. Hand it in on Google Classroom (digital version) or in the hand-in baskets in class (hard copy).
NOTE: This video talks about all three laws, so if you want to take it one-at-a-time, just watch Law 2.
