2023 -2024 Service Plan
An Instructional Leadership Team, composed of lead educators, support classroom teachers with personalization in their classrooms. Six pedagogical approaches are used as our district strategies to guide teacher planning. As well, a section on structures outlines ways to set up physical learning environments, groupings, scheduling, home and community partnerships, resources and equipment, and districtprograms. These strategies and structures are implemented through the schools’ alignment of their School Learning Plans through their local actions. At the district level, a brief annual service plan is written under the Education Plan, which outlines the one-year district adjustments to address emerging needs.
