Requesting Transcripts

Seniors must create a parchment.com account using a PERSONAL email. Do not use your school email account! This is how Seymour High School sends OFFICIAL copies of your transcript to colleges and universities of your choosing. Students may opt to send an "unofficial" copy to themselves for review prior to sending to colleges. Below are two videos to assist you in 1) creating your parchment account, and 2) ordering transcripts once an account is created.
