The quail country is a country that has housed for thousands of years immigrant populations from neighboring islands such as Mirinzal and Salino brought by force during the country's colonization period.

In 1890 there was the independence and dissolution of the Kurgan country.

Since then, the political system of the islands was that of a democratic republic. In the mid-1970s, there began to be groups of resistance peasants in which they appropriated the knowledge of planting pancs and military techniques from migrant populations at the time of colonization. Thus would arise the first forms of peasant resistance against the advance of the bourgeois leadership through the territory of islo petito, headed mainly by peasant women who had their lives destroyed with the rise of the dictatorship in the country.

Then the united front of anti-imperialist peasant women seized the territory of Islo petito in 1978 and expanded by recruiting young, urban and peasants into Islo paradiso, where a tremendous civil-military war began, killing more than ⅓ of the population across the country. the process until Julias Civaz came to power and managed to effectively expel the former rulers from power, and start a policy of expanding the public sphere for deliberative decisions.

Thus began the socialist phase headed by a woman of peasant origin, her plan in a few years was the dissolution of centralized power.

At the turn of the century, nineteenth to the twentieth there was popular pressure for the dissolution of the current one-party government Islo socialist for the implantation of the communist government.

this transition lasted about 5 years, between legislative procedures and popular pressure. in 2005, the current governance model was consolidated, a triad, in which each one is responsible for a part of society; divided between: Country, Industry and City. in which each area manager becomes a representative figure every 4 years, with a collective decision to appoint these representatives. having a process of "relocation"
