DSST has a variety of Educational Technology Systems and Applications. We use Infinite Campus (IC) as our source of information. This information flows to Clever, our Single Sign-On Application, and then allows for access to the rest of the applications such as Edulastic, Newsela, and more! If you would like more information on systems access you can visit this Help Center Article.
New employees receive accounts and systems access in a series of automated and manual action steps. The process takes approximately 7-10 days and begins once the employee has completed all onboarding tasks in Workday (including Background Check). The timeline for the creation of these accounts varies as some of the action steps are completed by institutions and individuals outside DSST.
Below you will find the flow of how access is granted to the various systems and applications used in DSST. If you have not received systems access or IC credentials from DPS/APS ten days after receiving your district device please reach out to our Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@scienceandtech.org
