However, please note that all new DSST staff for 2021 will be required to participate in 2021 NST sessions when they are announced later in Spring 2021. NST is designed to provide ALL new staff from home office and in schools with a view of the DSST Network - our history, our core values, our priorities, and our continuing mission ..."to eliminate educational inequity in Urban public education". This experience will be informational as well as developmental. Our prior 2020 NST agenda includes Asynchronous learning that new hires viewed on their own time as well as Synchronous learning that was conducted live in a virtual format. Reach out to Aaron J.
