To celebrate a successful and inspiring season with the FIRST LEGO League (FLL), our 4th and 5th grade PS 72 Robotics Team took an exciting and educational trip to LEGOLAND in Goshen, NY! This fun-filled day was not only a reward for their months of hard work, teamwork, and innovation — it also offered valuable learning experiences.
At LEGOLAND, students explored interactive exhibits focused on STEAM concepts, observed real-world engineering in action, and saw how creativity and technology come together in large-scale LEGO builds. From robotics-themed attractions to hands-on activities, the day reinforced the skills they developed during the season, including problem-solving, collaboration, and design thinking.
It was the perfect way to celebrate their growth while continuing to learn in a playful and inspiring environment. We’re so proud of everything they accomplished and excited for what’s next!
