The Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) is here to meet, connect and fill in the blanks of your frequently asked questions! As the Executive Director of the Office of Supplier Diversity, Kebrina supports with leading the agency's Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) program and is responsible for integration and inclusion initiatives of procurement and program divisions to increase opportunities for diverse entrepreneurs to do business with NYC DOE. Throughout her 15-year career at the DOE, most recently as Executive Director of Business Services, Kebrina’s work has been grounded in ensuring that schools in NYC have the resources they needed to create better educational opportunities for children, and now as a leader in the DOE’s Office of Supplier Diversity, that foundation remains the same; creating better educational opportunities for children by diversifying the vendor pool to reflect the city’s diverse student population. She aids the DOE in fulfilling its equity policies through the acknowledgement that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in education consists of 3 Ps: Pedagogy (culturally responsive curriculum), People (diverse employee & leadership pool) and Purchasing (supplier diversity).
