The goal of the Kindergarten Facilitator is to work collaboratively with classroom educators to ensure that every child makes progress in learning by supporting the co-creation of safe and caring, play-based learning environments that are responsive to physical, social, emotional and cognitive development/needs. The kindergarten facilitators may spend extended periods of time working in classrooms in Simcoe County collaborating with Kindergarten teams using The Kindergarten Program, 2016 as a guide to enhance student learning and achievement.
