For today, please create a list of 6 different lucky things that will happen to you during your lucky day. The login information for google classroom can be found in the back of students' assignment books. It is the same username and password that they use for google drive. The easiest way to do this will be for students to go onto their email and accept the invitation that I have sent to them for google classroom. Once they accept the invitation, they can begin their assignment. If for some reason, the page asks you for a classroom code, use zs5afrr. This assignment will be done through google classroom. If you need any help with this, please let me know!

Math: 8-1: Multiples of Unit Fractions. Go through lesson 8-1 on pages 455-458 in go math books. You can either do the lesson in your books, or you can do the lesson with the go math fox online. To do this, you can log into Go Math and click "My Library." Click on the yellow interactive student edition. Click on chapter 8, lesson 1.

After completing the lesson, whether you chose to do so in your books or online, everyone must login to Go Math and click on the "Things To Do" tab in the top left corner and complete the homework online. I know this is different from what I had originally sent home in your calendars, but due to the immense series of changes that are now taking place due to the corona virus, we are going to be doing our assignments online until further notice. The math homework assignment will be printed in blue. After completing it, please select the button that says Turn it In. If you don't see this button, you are on the wrong page. If you don't press the button, I won't get the work and I won't be able to give you credit. **Please let me know if you have trouble logging in. You will have to enter the state: Ohio, the district: Diocese of Toledo and the School: St. Charles School, Lima 45805. You might want to check the little box to remember your school to avoid the extra clicking each time.

Reading: Read the story "Abe's Honest Words" on pages 240-263 in big green wonders books. Also, complete at least 2 more of the SpellingCity assignments over the vocab words from "Abe's Honest Words" and do 20 minutes of AR time.

Social Studies: Click here to watch a video about Tecumseh. To log in to brainpop, use the username and password that were written down in students' assignment books. After watching the video, click on "quiz." Please click on the quiz that says "review" first. Then for homework, please click on the quiz that says "graded," and email me the score that you receive on the quiz after you have completed it (you will get a message that pops up after the quiz has been completed. Just follow the instructions on there. My email is webbd@sccslima.org.

Science: Unit 5 Lesson 2 (Homework is to complete pages 237-242 from lesson 2 packets.) If you finish this, you may get started looking up different kinds of dinosaurs and decide which one you will be doing your research project on. Once you make your decision, you may begin your research.

Religion: Please see Miss Luersman's page.

Language Arts: Using the list that you came up with yesterday, you will be doing a creative writing (online) that will explain what all happens to you during your lucky day after finding a 4 leaf clover. The introduction to your paper should be 2-3 sentences, the body of the paper should be 6-8 sentences, and the closing should also be 2-3 sentences. I will post the assignment on google classroom. Or you can click here for a direct link to it.
