What is advisory?
We want advisory to be a place where students can form relationships between members of their advisory and reflect on their time at SBHS.
More specifically, all students are enrolled in advisory while at SBHS. Each advisory group consists of about a dozen students and an advisor.
Advisory meets throughout the week during Advisory time. Advisory meeting days vary with grade level. 9th and 10th grade students will see their advisor everyday. 11th and 12th graders meet twice a week. There isn't an advisory time on Friday.
During this advisory, the group will do anything from group-building activities, chatting with their advisor, and helping students manage their learning pathway.
