The Saydel Strategic Plan is a five year comprehensive school improvement effort that outlines several foundational components for our system. The timeline below details benchmarks we are committed to achieving and are described in the following phases: 1. Self-Study; 2. Establish Vision; 3. Build Capacity/Coherence; 4. Align System Attributes; 5. Action/Implement; and 6. Evaluate/Adjust System (see graphic below). We recognize that the timeline is rigorous in nature, but know we have five years to make these foundational adjustments for our learners.
