Dr.Maheswari  is a certified ISO (14001-2005) Lead Auditor  from  the year 2022. She has completed her Women post  doctoral research with  fellowship in the year 2013 under the Mentorship of Dr. P.Selvam, IIT MADRAS. She received the doctoral degree in the year 2013 in Bharathiar University and completed  M.Phil in Annamalai University  in the year 2006.  She Post graduated  in chemistry in Sarah Tucker College in the year 2000. And she has Completed many Diplomas and Certificate courses. 

Professional Experience: 

She has high teaching and industrial experience. She has seven years of Industrial experience  in Agsar  Paints as QC. She has 7 years of teaching experience in VHNSN College, Virudhunagar as Assistant Professor under Self finance scheme. After that she has worked under regular scheme (Government Aided Post) for 10 years in ANJA College, Sivakasi. One year of administration and teaching experience in  VPMM Group of Educational Institutions, Krishnankoil as IQAC and Research Director.   

Awards and Fellowship: 

She has received Women post doctoral fellowship in the year 2013. She has received so many  awards.  In which the most important awards are Best educationist award, Best citizen of India Gold medal award, Honesty award and Best student award.

Synthesis of nanocomposites, schiff base, metal complexes,  airpollution analysis, anticancer studies.
