RaiseRight

One way that we can fundraise for SPMA is through a program called "Scrip."  In this program, you purchase gift cards online at: https://www.RaiseRight.com/.  The available gift cards all have a different amount that gets "rebated" back to SPMA, and SPMA applies that rebate to your fundraising account.

You can shop the gift cards at RaiseRight at any time during the month (taking advantage of those short-term bonuses some stores offer), but all orders must be submitted on or before the 1st of the month and checks dropped off no later than the 2nd of the month. SPMA will send in money and submit the orders on the 2nd of the month to ensure a  quick turnaround. If you purchase gift cards earlier in the month and drop off your check for payment, the check will not be cashed until after the 2nd. A lockbox has been installed at Andy Fabian’s, 202 10th St. Cir, Prairie du Sac on the front of his garage. Andy’s garage is located across from the high school student parking lot on Grand Ave.

There are over 650 businesses that offer gift cards. For families who prefer or are concerned about shopping locally, there are few businesses within the Sauk-Prairie area where gift cards can be purchased through RaiseRight.

Throughout the year there are special bonuses to watch for. We don’t know about these until RaiseRight announces them, so it’s good to check their site throughout the month. Some of these bonuses are very generous.

Our RaiseRight Coordinator for SPMA is Deb Kraemer and she is more than happy to help you set up an account and answer your questions. Deb can be reached at debkraem@gmail.com.
