Matthew Koscinski is the Director of Bands at Sauk Prairie High School in Prairie du Sac, WI. A native of Racine, WI, Mr. Koscinski attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater where he earned his Bachelor of Music Education Degree in 2007 and later attended Sam Houston State University earning his Master of Music Degree in 2011.
Mr. Koscinski began his teaching career at Park View Middle School in Mukwonago, WI where he taught for five years prior to coming to Sauk Prairie. In 2012, Mr. Koscinski accepted the position as Director of Bands at Sauk Prairie High School. Today, he is responsible for the wind ensemble, concert band, percussion ensemble, competitive marching band, jazz ensemble, 2 show bands and various other chamber music ensembles. Mr. Koscinski is a proud member of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) and Wisconsin Music Educators Association (WMEA).
Mr. Koscinski and his wife, Kim, are the proud parents of their two children, Abram and Violet.
Matt Brennan is originally from Prairie du Sac, WI where he began his studies on voice performance. A 2005 graduate of Sauk Prairie High School, Matthew is forever thankful for the wonderful music educators that helped shape his path. Matt’s studies continued after high school at Drake University in Des Moines, IA with a focus on Music Education and Vocal Performance. After finishing his degree in Iowa, Matt returned to Wisconsin to become the Choral Music Director at Sauk Prairie Middle School. After three years of working with Sauk Prairie's Middle School students, Matt moved to Sauk Prairie High School to take over Choral Music responsibilities at that level. His roles at the high school level include; musical director, Executive Session/YTBN director, 4 choral ensembles, annual Madrigal Dinner and our annual 9th Street Revue. He is so thankful to be in such an arts-rich community.
River Arts Center Director
Nick Dingman serves as Managing Director of the River Arts Center, overseeing management of the facility and serving as a technician and/or designer for most events. Having graduated from Sauk Prairie High School in 2003, Nick was involved in most of the earliest productions in the River Arts Center, including the first musical produced there in 2000: Oklahoma! Nick was deeply involved with the music program in high school and continued in theatre after high school with 3 summers as the lead technician and technical director for Fab 50’s Live! in Wisconsin Dells. In addition to managing the River Arts Center, Nick is a member of the Stagehands IATSE Local 251 in Madison and can be found working at venues like Overture Center, Kohl Center, Alliant Energy Center, and Fireside Dinner Theater when time allows.
