Sauk Prairie High School Instrumental Ensembles include the following: Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble & Percussion Ensemble. These ensembles are a part of the rich tradition of excellence in instrumental music at SPHS and have attained several honors in the area of Instrumental Music. Our goal in the Music Department is to provide students with a basic understanding of instrumental pedagogy, music theory and instrumental music repertoire. As students continue throughout their high school career, the understanding of these concepts expands to a much higher level.
