Hello Lakeside families! I will be part of your K-2 special education team, as teacher and case manager. I have been teaching in public schools for just over 20 years. Prior to this adventure I homeschooled my children for 10 years. The Snow School in Fryeburg, was my first teaching placement, as a Special Education teacher for 4 years, and Second Grade classroom teacher for 9 years. I have been at Pine Tree School since 2015. I am excited to be part of a school community with over 200 primary students. I consider it a privilege to be part of your child's learning journey!
Mr. Milligan

Hello! My name is Mark Milligan and I am a Special Educator/Case Manager at Lakeside Primary School. I currently work in Kindergarten, but have worked in the 6th, 4th, and 3rd grades. I have also worked at the middle school level. I graduated with my Master's in Education from SNHU in 2015. My education career started over 15 years ago and I still thoroughly enjoy working with our students and working alongside other professionals. New Hampshire has been my home for most of my life and I believe that it is one of the most beautiful states in the country. When I am not at school, I enjoy camping with my 3 sons and wife, cooking, traveling, and being outdoors!
Mrs. Downing

Hello! I’m Mrs. Downing, and I serve as the special education teacher and case manager for second grade. I grew up in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley and pursued my education at Colby-Sawyer College, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Child Development. To further my education, I completed certification courses in special education at Granite State College. I joined the school district in 2014, starting my journey at Conway Elementary. I am excited to embark on this new school year at Lakeside Primary, where I look forward to connecting with new families and students while collaborating with my colleagues!
Mrs. Carbonaro

Hello Lakeside families! I’m Ashlee Carbonaro and I’m a special education teacher and case manager. I grew up in Fryeburg, Maine where I currently reside with my husband and four teenagers. I pursued my education at Granite State College where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. I continued on to get my Master’s degree in Trauma-Informed Education at Columbia College in South Carolina and later completed my certification at the Mayo Clinic as a Health and Wellness Coach so I’m able to pursue my National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach. I started my teaching journey at Conway Elementary School and later taught in Fryeburg as a first-grade teacher. I’m thrilled to be back with the Conway School District! When I’m not at school, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, spending time at my beach house in Canada, reading and enjoying the outdoors! Fun fact - I have many animals including a horse named Icicle, three dogs named Chica, Roo and Moose, a cat named Jasper, two birds named Grace and Beans and a lizard named Spike!
Mrs. Lamneck - OT
k_lamneck@sau9.org
Kate Lamneck is an occupational therapist who has worked in the district since 2007, happily spending time with preschoolers through teenagers, from Jackson to KMS and everywhere in between! Kate earned an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from CU Boulder and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from UNH. She and her husband are raising two awesome kids! When she is not working, she can be found cheering on her children in whatever sports/activities they are involved in or enjoying all the great trails (by foot, bike or ski!) that this amazing valley offers!
Ms. Moore - Speech and Language Assistant
h_moore@sau9.org
Hello! I am Hayley Moore and I am so happy to be a part of the Lakeside family this year. I have worked in the Conway School District for seven years as a paraprofessional, but this is my first year working as a Speech and Language Assistant! I just obtained my Associates Degree from UNH in Communication Sciences and Disorders this past year. I am passionate about watching students grow, learn, and become strong communicators of their wants and needs. So, it is easy to say that I LOVE my new role as SLA! We have LOTS of fun in the speech room working on goals through play, books, games, and crafts!
When I’m not at school, you can find me running, hiking, reading, spending time outside, and enjoying live music. I also love spending time with my “people”: my partner Dillon, friends, family, and most recently my baby niece!
A few of my favorite things include
Color - lavender
Animal - goat
Drink - coffee
Food - tacos or french fries
Books - Any If You Give… book by Laura Joffe Numeroff
Activity - hiking or reading!
