Hi! I’m Sara Lewis, the new principal at Lakeside Primary School. This is my 1st year as an elementary school principal, and I was so thrilled to have the opportunity to be in this role. My background includes almost 10 years as a PreK-8th grade music teacher. I grew up in New Jersey, and have lived in multiple states during my teaching career. I have a Bachelor’s in Music & Psychology from Bennington College in Vermont, a Master’s in Music Education from Teachers College at Columbia University in New York, and a Principal Certification from Upper Valley Educators Institute out of Lebanon, New Hampshire. My hobbies include reading, running, baking, and hiking with my family. 

Hi, my name is Ruth Antonucci.

I am the Administrative Assistant at Lakeside.

When I’m not at school, some of my favorite things to do are (list as many as you’d like): Spend time with my husband, children, and grandchildren, take my dogs for walks, listen to music, sit by the fire, travel, and have lots of fun with friends and family.

I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for twenty-five years. Together, we have six children, six grandchildren, and two dogs. Emmett is a 115 lb Chocolate Lab, and Swizzle is an 11 lb Shi-Poo. I have owned three small businesses in Fryeburg and was recently the Bookkeeper for the Town of Fryeburg. I have worked as a para in the Fryeburg and Conway school districts for many years, and I'm so excited to be back in the school setting!

My favorite children’s book is The Book with No Pictures by BJ Novak. It is my absolute favorite! It makes me laugh every time I read it.

My name is Alice Jones and I am the clerical aide at Lakeside.  I have worked in elementary schools for 25+ years, primarily as a paraprofessional. I love my new role as part of the office staff. When I’m not at school, some of my favorite things to do are being outside, riding my bike, skiing, or just enjoying nature. I also love to cook and bake. My husband and I live in Fryeburg, Maine and have a naughty but lovable Golden Retriever. I have a son, Preston, who is married to Becky and they live in Thornton, NH. My daughter, Ellie, lives in New Hampton, NH. 

If I could be a Disney character I would be Pocahontas because I like her adventurous spirit. Some of my favorite children’s books include: Miss Rumphius, A Penny for a Hundred, and The Monster at the End of the Book. Some things I’m looking forward to this year are meeting lots of new students and staff members.
