Why would I want to create a "live" drawing?
Students often turn in work and it is difficult to see how much they have actually learned and what they may have misunderstood when the product is static. This is where Seesaw comes in handy!
Students can take a photo of a project or assignment, add it to Seesaw, and record their voices and pen strokes as they explain the piece of work. They can work out a math problem, recording every number, erasure, and movement as they go along, allowing the teacher to be there, even if they are not! This is also a fun tool to use as younger students narrate a drawing they have created, telling you all about what they have drawn and why it is important.
Seesaw is a great tool to use for digital portfolio submissions.
