PicCollage/Seesaw Pairing

Use PicCollage to create your own documents for students to work on. This could be a template for them to write on, a digital response form, pictures to label and discuss, or a photo and writing space for a story starter.

Everything you create in PicCollage can be saved to the Photo Library on the iPad and then uploaded as an image in Seesaw.

The files can also be emailed to yourself so that you can have the file ready for your website, a SMARTBoard activity, or printing for families/students.

Students can create their own PicCollage in response to a prompt. When they save their PicCollage to the iPad Photo Library, they can add it themselves in Seesaw and record their voices on top of their files.

Here, you can listen to a student reading their reflection following the creation of their fairy house. Students took their own photos, added in words that showed the materials they used, and drew a picture of what their fairy house looked like.

This is a kindergartener practicing counting. It is difficult to hear the audio, but you can see them draw as they count. It is a great way to gauge one-to-one correspondence.
