When you click on the Screencastify icon in the top right hand corner of your screen in GOOGLE CHROME, this will pop up. The first time you use it, it will most likely ask permission to access your Google Drive. Allow this, as this is how they send you the videos that you create.

This is an extension in Google Chrome that we all have access to. If you do not see it, you need to log into Chrome and choose Turn on Sync.
