Handwriting 

In kindergarten, we use Handwriting without Tears coupled with Fundations for handwriting instruction. We spend time on proper pencil grip and move on to correct formation of upper and lowercase letters. This is a multi-sensory program that uses manipulatives, song, movement, and writing to internalize proper letter formation, and is loved by students. 

Below are the proper formation and verbal directions for capital and lowercase letters, and numbers. Check out some of the songs we will use to help us learn at the very bottom, too.
