Special Education Procedural Safeguards

504 & Title II

Students with needs that are not impacting their academic performance, may qualify for a 504 until Title II. Students with a 504 may receive support in or outside the classroom to support their continued education. Some students may need a 504 on a short term basis in the case of injury or illness.
