Strength

5 working sets of 3 reps of HEAVY Deadlifts. Record your heaviest 3 sets.

5 sets of 5 reps of Snatch Pulls. Find the heaviest weight you can do unbroken. Rest 2 minutes between each one of your sets.

Workout

In 15 minutes, do as many rounds of the following movements as possible. Keep the intensity as high as you can for the entire 15 minutes.

  • 5 pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 airsquats
