St Aloysius' School community is excited to welcome our new Foundation students commencing in 2021. Each year we work with parents of our new Foundation students to help make their child's transition from kindergarten to school as smooth as possible. The Google Site allows parents to unpack and revisit information that is shared prior to the start of the new school year. It is a new initiative and any parent feedback about its effectiveness would be most welcome. We trust that you find the Foundation Transition site to be a wonderful resource and we look forward to working with you next year as we aim to achieve our school's Key Priorities for 2020-2024:
Building a safe and healthy learning environment
Maximising engagement and growth of all students
Seeking fullness of life for all through Faith, Hope and Love
As partners in Catholic Education and open to God's presence, we pursue fullness of life for all.
We, St Aloysius’ Primary School, would like to say thank you to the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation. May we share our land, we promise to look after it, the animals and people too.
Hello Land, (Hello Land)
Hello Sky, (Hello Sky)
Hello Me, (Hello Me)
Hello Friends, (Hello Friends)
Wominjeka (Welcome)
Together we pray;
At St. Aloysius we give thanks that we are all unique and made in the image and likeness of our God.
We ask God the Father for the courage to help us show fidelity and respect and to recognise the dignity of all.
We thank Jesus for all the opportunities we are given, to make a difference in our world.
We pray to the Holy Spirit to help us love our parents and those who care for us, our friends and those who guide us.
St. Aloysius devoted his life to those in need. We are called to serve others. Loving God show us the way forward.
Amen
