UTK-5 Teacher onsite hours: 7:55AM-3:05PM

Early Childhood Ed Teacher onsite hours: 7:55AM-3:55PM

All PIFs and CDCAs work 7 hours onsite; this 7 hours includes two-15 minutes breaks but does not include a 30 min duty-free lunch (example PIF hours: 8AM-3:30PM, or 7:45AM-3:15PM). 

PIFs and CDCAs who are leaving early on a given day: If you are onsite for less than 6 hours, generally you get a 15 minute break but not a 30 minute lunch. I know that circumstances vary, so if you have a certain circumstance, please discuss this with me so we can agree on your schedule for the day and be able to inform your colleagues so that all can plan accordingly. 

CPS Reports: After calling and filling out the CPS form, make a copy of the form, place it in a sealed envelope, marked CPS: Attn: Principal. This will be stored in the principal’s confidential files. Thank you.
