Field Trips

Please give the following to the office staff:

1. Permission Slip: English; Spanish

2. Bus request form

3. Lunch Request Form; (also see these lunch procedures for more info)

4. Volunteer Application (ask parents to come to the office to fill this out)

Field Trip buses: New field trip rates effective 07.01.26.  In SDUSD boundary trips, Monday-Friday will be $280, and weekends/after hours will be $490.  Out of SDUSD boundary (out of town) will still be quoted. Small bus fits 41 kids; large bus fits 64kids; if 10 or more adults, get a big one. They are the same price.
