Field Trips

Please give the following to the office staff:

1. Permission Slip: English; Spanish

2. Bus request form

3. Lunch Request Form; (also see these lunch procedures for more info)

4. Volunteer Application (ask parents to come to the office to fill this out)

Field Trip buses: $230 each; small fit 41 kids; large fits 64kids; if 10 or more adults, get a big one
