Grade 2
Unit 2: eGame Design
ESSENTIAL QUESTION: What can eGames do for ourselves and others?
Project Description: Students explore what eGames can do by playing and creating games. Inspired by the Flappy Bird game on Code.org, students become game designers as they explore fundamental coding concepts and the design thinking process. Students will create an eGame that includes loops and events to share with peers and family members. Ultimately, students will see the power of games and how they can develop problem solving skills and bring people together.
