Strategies: Value and recognize SU faculty members’ excellence in teaching-learning practices and innovation.  

The SU Awards program is a prestigious acknowledgment of the unwavering dedication displayed by the faculty members at Sampoerna University. These awards celebrate lecturers' remarkable efforts in shaping an exceptional learning environment for the students. In the Academic Year 2024-2025, CETL will conduct the SU Awards in the following categories. 

• Teaching Excellence Award (TEA)

This award signifies the university's profound appreciation for faculty members who consistently demonstrate exceptional teaching practices throughout the academic year. TEA is conducted only once during the academic year.

• Top 5 Lecturers in Teaching Performance Based on EDOM

CETL also acknowledges the top-performing lecturers, both full-time and part-time, based on their EDOM scores. This recognition, titled “Top 5 Lecturers in Teaching Performance Based on EDOM,” celebrates the continuous professional dedication of SU lecturers. The recipients of this acknowledgment will be announced every semester at the SU Kick-off Meeting.
