Military Bound?

Only 25% of students who begin the military process are accepted. Do these next steps in Junior year. Keep your options open.

It is very important to know that taking prescription medications can keep you from the military. Why? They need to know they can deploy you if necessary without having to provide you that prescription medicine. They often want 2 years off prescription medicine(s) before they accept you for enlistment.

I grew up in Tucson, A.  Shortly after graduating from the University of Arizona I decide to join the Coast Guard.  I decided on the Coast Guard for the life saving and law enforcement mission.  Being able to give back to my community while also traveling the world has been an amazing career.  I have spent the last 20 years specializing in counter narcotics and counter terrorism.  As a federal law enforcement agency within Homeland Security, the Coast Guard is responsible for all maritime interdiction operations.  With around 40,000 members nationwide, the Coast Guard is a second family.

I currently live in Camas, WA with my wife and two kids. During my time off I like to ride dirt bikes, and coach football and soccer for my kids.
