Presentation materials should be submitted to the form below by:

Final Abstract: April 15, 2024

Digital Materials: May 1, 2024

All Materials Submissions Require a URL

As an enrolled student, you have a Saddleback or IVC email automatically connected to Google Drive. It is highly recommended that you:

Paper Poster PDF Submission:  April 25, 2024

Some classes print out a paper poster, and, therefore, you will be able to indicate if you plan on having a paper version to present at the conference. You will need to follow your professor's guidelines for the printing process.

Even if you are planning on presenting a paper poster, you will still need to submit your poster for the website.

Digital Poster Presentation Materials Due:  May 1, 2024

All other "poster" sessions will be digital posters. This means you will have a computer monitor in a computer classroom to present on (so you have a lot of freedom on what format you want to use).  A typical poster session has groups of people moving between rooms to ask questions of each presenter.

Oral Presentation Materials Due:  May 1, 2024

An oral presentation involves standing up in front of the session and presenting your information. There is usually at least one hybrid/live streamed session for online students.

Arts-Based Materials Due:  May 1, 2024

Arts-based submissions are creative or arts related presentations. If you have a collection of art you want to show, a performance, a practice demonstration, or a creative presentation method, this is the space for you!

Round Table Session Materials Due: May 1, 2024

A round table session is a small group of people sitting at a table to share their research and talk about their ideas. This is just like having a small group discussion in class, and is a great session for students who are anxious or nervous about presenting! Round table sessions are not considered for awards.

Asynch Session Materials Due: May 1, 2024

An asynch session is a video that is student created. The video will be attached to their information in the program so conference attendees can see it.
